Terms of Use for Logic Trio

These terms cover your use of the Logic Trio mobile game, made by Nimbleknot. By installing and playing, you agree to them. They are deliberately short, because the game is simple.
What you get
Logic Trio is free. You may install it on your own devices and play it as much as you like, for as long as you like, for your own personal enjoyment.
The game is supported by advertising. Nothing in the game is for sale in this version.
What the game is
A single-player puzzle game. There is no account, no sign-in, no online play, no chat, no leaderboard and no way to interact with any other player. Nothing you do in the game is visible to anybody else unless you choose to share it yourself using your phone's share button.
Your progress is stored on your own device. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what that means.
What you agree not to do
- Do not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the game, or distribute a modified version of it.
- Do not use automated tools, cheats or modified clients to interfere with how the game works.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the advertising, or to generate ad impressions or clicks artificially. This harms the advertising accounts that pay for the game to exist.
- Do not redistribute or sell the game or its contents.
What belongs to whom
The game, its puzzles, its artwork, its text, its sounds, its name and the name Nimbleknot belong to Nimbleknot, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Playing the game does not transfer any of that to you.
The open-source software the game is built on belongs to its own authors, under their own licences. You can read every one of those licences inside the game at Me → Settings → About → Open-source licences.
Advertising
The game shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. Nimbleknot does not choose, write or control the individual adverts that appear, and is not responsible for their content or for anything an advertiser does. If you see an advert that appears to break Google's policies, you can report it through Google.
Where the law gives you a choice about personalised advertising, the game asks you for it. See the Privacy Policy.
Updates and availability
The game may be updated at any time, and features may be added, changed or removed. Nimbleknot does not promise that the game will always be available, or that it will always work on every device or every version of Android. It may be withdrawn from sale or discontinued.
The game is provided as it is
Logic Trio is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind. Nimbleknot does not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs, and does not guarantee that your saved progress cannot be lost — for example if you uninstall the game, change device, reset your phone or clear its data.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nimbleknot is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of your use of the game, including lost progress.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of your own country that cannot be limited by agreement. In India, the United Kingdom, the European Union and many other places, some consumer rights apply no matter what a document like this says, and those rights stand.
Age
Logic Trio is intended for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children.
If these terms change
Changes appear at this address with a new date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it. If you do not, you can uninstall the game.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, where Nimbleknot is based, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
